Underground Strength Training


Running 3x a week: 30 minutes at a time.  Throw in 10x 50 yard sprints on the off days.

Lifting 3x a week: 100 is basic.  Throw in a Medicine Ball or weights for better strength growth.  20x Pull-ups a day.  Jack says 100 crunches before you shower for killer abs.

Diversify your workouts to make things interesting and allow for strength growth.

ex: trade biking for running. trade rock climbing for pull-ups.  trade running football pass patterns for sprints.
